You can request your loss bonus within 24 hours after your loss. The discount is provided in exchange for the deposited amount that you have lost and is applicable to losses incurred in your sports or casino areas. You cannot benefit from this promotion if there is a balance in your account or if you have open bets. Your loss bonus calculation considers your latest financial transactions and deposits/withdrawals within the last 24 hours. You can receive the loss bonus based on the difference between your deposits and withdrawals. If your withdrawal exceeds your deposit, you cannot receive a loss bonus. Investments for which you have received deposit bonuses are not eligible for loss bonus calculations and will not be included.

The discount will be added to your account as a single-wager bonus. After completing the single-wager requirement of your loss bonus according to the rules, you can use it in different areas. The maximum limit for winnings with the discount is 20 times the received bonus amount.

Bets placed with your loss bonus are not eligible in games such as "Lucky 6," "Lucky 7," "Dice Duel," "Aviator," "Zeppelin," "Blast," and others within the Bet On Games provider. Additionally, participating in more than 2 tables in Blackjack is against the rules and will not be counted towards wagering requirements. After wagering your loss bonus once in the Casino / Live Casino area, you can place bets in the mentioned games. In addition to these games, bets with odds of 1:2 and 1:3 (Odd/Even, Red/Black, Dozen Bets, Column Bets, Baccarat, etc.) will not count towards wagering requirements if played with the bonus from this promotion.

Members who have completed withdrawal transactions cannot request a loss bonus.
